Terms of Service

SynerMatrix provides managed Workstack infrastructure, consulting services, and AI delivery services under a mutually executed agreement.

Service features, SLAs, and support levels are defined in your order form or statement of work.

Customers are responsible for authorized user access, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable law.

Customers must ensure that content and data provided to SynerMatrix are lawful and appropriately authorized.

Customers must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and ensure users do the same.

Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, malicious activity, or actions that compromise service integrity.

AI features are optional and subject to usage policies, data boundaries, and human-in-the-loop controls.

SynerMatrix does not train AI models on customer data unless explicitly agreed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring AI outputs are reviewed where required by policy or law.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care.

Confidentiality obligations are further defined in the customer agreement.

Customers retain ownership of their data and content.

SynerMatrix retains ownership of its services, documentation, and methodologies.

Services are provided as described in the customer agreement and applicable order forms.

Except as expressly stated, services are provided without additional warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Liability limitations are defined in the customer agreement.

SynerMatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination rights and data return obligations are defined in the customer agreement.

Upon termination, access to the services will be removed consistent with the agreement.
