Enter orders by product title or SKU with image snapshots. Buyer, shipping and money sections stay collapsed until you need them.
Hard duplicate detection on marketplace order IDs, optimistic concurrency, and a five-second local draft autosave.
Upload shipping labels with versions and one primary per order. Validated by magic bytes and size, downloaded only with permission.
Warehouse users update any order's status inline. Cancellations and returns restore stock exactly once.
Available quantities per product, deducted on order creation and reconciled on edits inside a tenant lock. Negative stock is rejected by the database.
Invite editors, viewers and admins within a seat limit. Every action lands in the audit history. Tenants are isolated at the query layer.
Amazon, Etsy and eBay have import templates today. Any marketplace can be used with manual intake, and API connections are on the roadmap.
It's an order-operations system with simple available-stock tracking. Multiple warehouses, purchase orders and valuation are outside its scope; SynerMatrix ERP covers those.
