Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users comply with this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the services to engage in harmful or unlawful activity.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise systems.
- Transmission of malware, harmful code, or disruptive scripts.
- Abuse of AI systems to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful outputs.
Data and Content
Customers must ensure they have rights to any data or content submitted to the services.
You may not upload content that violates privacy, confidentiality, or regulatory requirements.
AI Usage
AI features must be used within approved data boundaries and policies.
Prompts should not include sensitive data unless explicitly authorized and protected.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
SynerMatrix may investigate and take appropriate action consistent with the customer agreement.
