Hamraah (ہمراہ) is a business-first messenger for Pakistan. Chat and calls that work on bad networks, a shop page for every approved business, orders and invoices inside the thread, and stickers that sound like the way people here actually talk.
Messages and media queue on the device and send when the network returns. Receipts, typing indicators and history that follows you to a new phone.
Calls that fall back to a relay when a direct path is blocked, and tell you which road the media took.
Approved businesses get a shareable link with photos, prices and in-shop search. A visitor lands on your page, not a marketplace.
Customers build a cart per shop and check out into an order you confirm, fulfil or cancel. Order events show up in the same private conversation.
Add staff to your business. They see customer threads with history, saved replies fill the composer, and an away notice tells customers when you're closed.
Urdu and English UI, Nastaliq type, and sticker packs for the dukaan, the office and the family group. Cash on delivery is a first-class outcome, not an afterthought.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted. Orders, carts at checkout and receipts are structured records the platform can read so that staff inboxes and earnings summaries work. The app says which is which.
Sign-up requires a Pakistani phone number at launch. Once registered, you can use the app from anywhere.
At launch, cash on delivery is the only settlement. Online payment will follow once a local payment rail is integrated.
